With more than thirty years of living, working, and raising her family in San Francisco, Jennifer knows how to win for her clients. With a proven track record, she works one-on-one as a strategic adviser, negotiator and advocate on behalf of all her clients, whether they’re selling or buying.
Her experiences which encompass corporate negotiations, risk management, client services, environmental protection, staging design and philanthropy have honed a remarkable eye for both detail and potential, allowing her to provide her clients with the highest quality advice and service.
Along with a hard nose for numbers, the personal attention she puts into supporting her clients throughout the buying and selling process – whether they be first-time homebuyers, families with children, investors, or re-sizers – is what distinguishes her. For buyers, striking the perfect balance between finding their dream home and a worthwhile investment is what energizes her. For clients who are selling, her north star is the highest possible price and all the pieces that go into realizing that, no matter how small.
Jennifer holds a broker’s license and is recognized as a local member of Top Agent Network and nationally in Real Trends top agents. She is an active philanthropist whose work has included serving as a board member on the San Francisco Children’s Council, San Francisco Day School, the Children’s Creativity Museum, formerly Zeum, and currently on the EarthJustice Council. Showing she can go the distance, she also is a former marathon runner and cross-continental cyclist. When not seeing homes and working with clients, you might now find her playing tennis, watching baseball, feeding her passion for British mysteries, or in Tahoe with her family. Jennifer’s husband is a Bay Area native and practicing attorney whom she met at the University of Virginia before finding their home and raising their children here in San Francisco.
Jennifer’s top priority is to exceed her clients’ expectations in every way – from market analysis to contract management to home staging and, ultimately, to negotiating the best price, whether buying or selling. Her tireless attention to detail has won her the praise of both clients and community members.
